In brief: Blood Test

If necessary, there is a blood test that can confirm your immune status.

In brief: Get titer

You can go to your doctor and as him/her to order a measles, mumps and rubella titer (blood test).
I would check with the school to make sure that they will accept that before you go to the doctor and lab. The other option is to get the MMR shot. The school will probably let you register if you show that you just got the shot. You will need to get a 2nd shot 28 days later.
