That's just you. There is no basis for that statement.
If you eat any kind of food which isn't part of your normal diet (e.g. New cuisines or adding spices when you normally don't eat them), then your gut may need to adjust it's exocrine functions and gut flora accordingly. But if it is part of your usual diet, you don't get those symptoms.
