Hi, I have been diagnosed with small nonshadowing gallstones or polyps in my gallbladder (the ultrasound is not clear). What should I do now?

In brief: Depends
It depends if you have pain or symptoms or not.
If asymptomatic, you could observe it for now.

If you have no symptoms, simply repeat the ultrasound in 6 months.
If there are epigastric or biliary-like symptoms, an upper endoscopy and repeat ultrasound ( perhaps on a much more sophisticated machine at a large diagnostic facility) should be done. Small polyps generally have no symptoms and can be watched.
