In btwn feedings, my 6wk old turns red, grunts & strains, as if gagging or dry heaving. Curdled milk comes up at times. She is diag w reflux. Help?

The grunting and straining is often how infants move their bowels even though at that moment they may not have a stool.
With the pressure from grunting it is exaggerating the reflux. May want to be on Zantac (ranitidine) for the reflux until your baby grows out of it. Talk with your doctor.
