Not only but best. Steroid cream won't work with scarring. Partial circumcision to remove scarred skin & leave plenty of foreskin to retain appearance of being circumcised can be done. As can a "prepucioplasty" which involves a vertical incision thru the phimotic area which is then sutured transversely & results in a retained loose foreskin. Phimosis. If you use it too often, you might cause permanent thinning and fragility of the skin. You could rub it on daily for a week but i wouldn't go longer. You might also consider adding an antiyeast cream daily for a week such as Miconazole since yeast often worsens phimosis.
