In brief: Test, avoid

If your water table leaches arsenic into the water in the well, you need it tested for concentration.
If below levels that are a problem (doesn't need to be zero), then you are ok. If above such levels you can stop using it, or use it only for non-consumption issues, or obtain chemical filters which will remove the arsenic.
