In brief: Spider Vein Therapy

Horse chestnut extract is indicated for symptoms of varicose veins such as pain / swelling & is usually used in conjunction with compression stockings.
It can rarely help with spider vein discomfort, but will not help them go away. Sclerotherapy vein injections is the best treatment for spider veins since it causes them to resolved & usually spider veins are only a cosmetic issue for patients.

In brief: Vein evaluation.

There is no medical evidence to document that horse chestnut will improve the appearance of varicose or spider veins.
Homeopathic supplements such as horse chestnut, escin, diosmin and bioflavonoids are just that-supplements. They are not 1st line treatment for varicose veins. It would be prudent for you to have a venous evaluation by a vein specialist.

In brief: No help

Unfortunately, horse chestnut seed extract can't and won't improve the appearance of spider veins.
If you have any symptoms due to your spider veins, horse chestnut seed extract might make a difference, but even that is unlikely since horse chestnut is most likely to help swelling and you probably won't get that from spider veins. The best way to get rid of spider veins is sclerotherapy.
