Why does my jaw hurt and I have chills but no fever.?

Dental problem? Your jaw can hurt for many reasons. Including trauma, infection and commonly dental and oral problems. Have it evaluated.
Jaw pain. Jaw pain symptoms are fairly vague. Is it your upper or lower jaw? Jaw joint or body of the jaw? Chills would be a sign of an infection, perhaps a serious one involving your bloodstream. But without a fever, that's hard to say.
