Its been since january 2012 since my last Depo-Provera shot and haven't had a period in 4 weeks. Could I be pregnant?

In brief: It's possible
It is known that the effects of Depo-Provera provera, (medroxyprogesterone) which is administered every three months, can often last for many weeks beyond the 3 month timeline.
However if you are overdue for your shot there's still a possibility that you could be pregnant. It is always wise to buy a home pregnancy test and check.
