In brief: Healthy choices

by choosing wisely.
If portions are large, split a meal with a friend- or take the rest home. Baked is better than fried. Don't have a sugar drink, drink water. Don't go hungry- have a fresh fruit before going out- and try to skip the processed bread roll with the butter on it. Its all about making healthy choices and eating in moderation.

In brief: Healthier choices

There are lots of choices--pick fish, chicken dishes, and salads instead of beef/pork, also pick grilled/boiled instead of fried dishes.
Stew dishes often contains much fat. Also, portion control as anything in excess will turn into fat for storage. Eat slow. Consider having some fruits( to curb appetite) before going to restaurant. Use common sense. Choose healthy, live longer. Good luck.
