In brief: The appendix.
There are may cancers of the appendix.
The most common primary cancer is adenocarcinoma, with signet ring cell carcinoma having a worse prognosis. Mucinous cystadenocarcinoma is seen in mucus in the peritoneum. The appendix is a source of primary lymphomas, and cancers like breast, colon, and female genital tract can metastasize there. Appendiceal tumors can present with peritoneal seeding.
