In brief: Alternative therapy
The key to fibromyalgia treatment is using multiple modalities for pain and fatigue relief.
Many of these are safe in pregnancy, such as: omega3 fish oil, which is a potent anti-inflammatory for pain relief; accupuncture; massage therapy; yoga and stretching exercises; physical therapy, etc.

In brief: Sacoiliac joint belt
#fibromyalgia pain of low back ; pelvis during pregnancy is considered, by many doctors, to be generated from the pelvic girdle; especially from mechanical torque focused upon the pelvic girdle bony ring and contained joints, the symphysis pubis and two sacroiliac joints.
Partial pain relief sometimes enabled by a sacroiliac belt. Many obstetricians are familiar with ; can prescribe. See boa.Com.

During pregnancy, FM pain & fatigue can increase.  Increased pelvic strain from fetus mass, increased pelvis joint laxity due to hormone relaxin, & diminished sleep from chronic pain intermingled.  A sacroiliac joint belt, warm baths, aquatherapy to maintain muscle tone, soft supportive mattress, & increased sleep via napping might help.
