In brief: Safe laser hair tx
As with all treatments, laser hair removal is not without risk.
The person performing the procedure needs to take precautions and protect his/her patient before, during and after each treatment. The patient needs to adhere to pre-treatment instructions such as not tanning or waxing before and between treatments. Procedure is not performed if you are pregnant, primarily for theoretical risks.

In brief: Usually Safe
All lasers have the potential to burn and no treatment is 100% safe, laser hair removal is generally safe.
Protective eye wear is a must. Experienced individuals with proper supervision take care to minimize risks. Avoidance of tanning before treatment help as well. Beware of cut-rate places with poor supervision.
