? if ice is good for fibromyalgia.
My opinion is that it would not help. Fibromyalgia includes widespread soft tissue strain that begets muscle spasms and a myriad of ischemic trigger points. Cold would be expected to worsen these phenomena. Muscle relaxation is needed via warm water & massage. Hawaii is known for the salubrious effects the climate has for people with fibromyalgia.
