I have a three month old that is extremely constipated . Giving apple juice takes too long. Is there something I can give for faster relief?

In brief: Glycerine
You can use a glycerine suppository, or even take their rectal temperature, and it can stimulate the infant to move, but the apple juice will help, presuming that you are not diluting it.
3-4oz is all it should take.

In brief: Get advice
This kind of constipation is sometimes the forerunner of other problems to come, particularly if there are ocassional stools that block the toilet.
Apple juice will make it worse.Get it checked out.
