In brief: Yes

For most of the reasons, there are treatments available both inside the hospital, as well as an outpatient depending on the cause.

In brief: Blood pressure

If there are no symptoms then no treatment is needed.
When there are symptoms we use diet, support hose and some medications to increase blood volume and or vascular resistance.

In brief: How do you FEEL?

Medicine shouldn't be about treating numbers.
If your blood pressure is sufficient to perfuse you body and it's lowish, then you're fine. If you can keep up with peers in your favorite aerobic sport, you need to stop worrying and be thankful for good health. Ignore anything anyone else may tell you about food choices, etc., etc. If you feel okay, and can perform, you're fine.

In brief: Yes, healthy food

Stop high carb foods (grains, lentils, potato based items).
Also avoid milk protein since it causes insulin resistance that eventually raises BP. Low carb food items such as flesh foods, eggs, non starchy vegetables, avocados, saturated fat (butter, ghee, coconut oil), olive oil are very healthy. Get some sunshine daily. Dr. Kaushik's advice about healthy food for high blood pressure is not supported by as much science as the DASH Diet eating plan which stresses grains, low fat milk, low sodium and high potassium intake. No other dietary intervention for normal or high blood pressure has been so well studied as the DASH diet. Which is recommended as first step in BP treatment.

In brief: Cure for low BP

Yes for some causes.
So the first problem is to find the cause. Then treat it. But need many more details. I am available for a second opinion consult.

Please note the illustration here shows several errors that commonly lead to erroneous BP readings. 1. The diaphragm is used instead of the bell. 2. the stethoscope head is placed under the edge of the cuff. 3. the placement of the stethoscope head most likely is not over the cranial pulse. Almost always more toward the inside or the arm. We must choose correct illustrate to best inform patients.
