Can't seem to sleep through the night. I wake to roll over then fall back asleep, esp. @ 5 & 7am. I don't wake gasping for air so no apnea, right? :-/

3 doctors agree

In brief: WRONG

Waking up gasping for air or the lack thereof is not a specific symptom and neither does it rule out sleep apnea.

In brief: Not necessarily

Most people with sleep apnea don't know it.
What you describe is suspicious. Get it checked out.
