I normally wake up with a blood sugar level of 7.2mmol/l . Is this normal? I don't take any medicine nor sugar. Advise.

In brief: Elevated

A glucose of 7.
2 mmol/li (129 mg/dl) is elevated. If it is consistently in this range it is consistent with diabetes. I would encourage you to see your primary physician to discuss this. The abnormality is mild and could likely be treated with diet and exercise.
