An effective colonoscopy preparation, & thereby a good quality colonoscopy examination, obligates little to no residual so the entire colon lining can be visualized.
Egg whites when cooked are opaque--a poor choice to eat the day before or day of colonoscopy. Also, you should never eat egg products raw (whites are anyway so viscous as to cloud the colonoscope lens). Follow prep instructions!
