I have the paraguard and my periods are usually normal this period is 2 1/2 weeks but flow is not heavy. Should I go get checked out?

You may try low dose ibuprofin that may help the bleeding to stop. When the bleeding is no longer tolerable, go to your doctor to remove the paragard.
