I recently had unprotected sex and I am starting to have nausea, slight fatigue, and cramps. Does this mean that I could be pregnant?

In brief: Possibly

It depends mostly on when your last menstrual cycle was, and/or is expected.
Sometimes the period of pms, or the anxiety of being pregnant, could cause your symptoms. The cramping could be your cycle coming. Of course, all the symptoms could be from early pregnancy. If you're late, get a pregnancy test!
