In brief: Exercise
For mild scoliosis, exercises to strengthen the back and improve flexability are the treatment of choice.
Sometimes, patients are referred to physical therapy to teach them specific exercises/.

In brief: Pursue diagnosis
The conditions of a mild scoliosis and a flat back are not usually associated with much pain, and so if you are having pretty severe pain then another cause should be sought.
Usually a detailed history and exam, and appropriate studies such as an MRI will determine the cause and tell you what your options are. Thank you for the question.

In brief: Try PT first
May have nothing to do with the structural deformities.
Low back pain is very common, and even more so with scoliosis. Without leg or other troubling signs, pt is the first line treatment.
