Bottom of my feet really cramp up at night or when I turn them certain ways at times. What can be causing this? Anything I can do or take?

In brief: Foot cramp
"cramping" is spasm of the muscle usually due to fatigue.
You would experience this if your feet get tired, or if there is history of flat feet, etc. You may benefit from custom orthotics designed by a podiatrist. Have your feet evaluated for them..
