I have had a CT scan of my lungs and an angiogram that were both negative. What could be causing my shortness of breath?

Short Breath. I would suggest you see a pulmonologist.
Multiple approaches. Shortness of breath can be caused by different organ systems.A good history can pin point you in the right direction to investigate. It can be anything from heart disease or lung disease of anemia or even simply being out of shape. Hard to just guess what else it could be.
