I have recently been diagnosed with stenosis of the uterine cervix and I think I have hematometra. Can hematometra cause urinary discomfort?

In brief: No

A hematometra is a buildup of blood and tissue in the uterine cavity (in your case from blockage of the cervix).
Symptoms can range from none to lower abdominal pain and cramping. Many times these symptoms are alleviated by draining the cavity with a d and c.
