In brief: GERD tx
Glad you're aware of avoiding alcohol and caffeine.
Remember caffeine is in: coffee, tea, soda, chocolate. Other triggers: mint (gum, candy, leaves), citrus (ex. Orange juice, tomato sauce, etc), and in some people spicy food. If you're overweight, wt loss can help. Avoid laying down <2hrs after eating. Control stress if you're stressed. If these measures don't help talk to your doc re: other tx.

In brief: Digstive enzym,apple
Try eating red apple once or twice daily with or after a meal.
Also try digestive enzymes-you can get these at health food store and take with every meal. There are several different types, so you may need to try several. Aloe vera juice can help as well. Gerd often relates to adrenal fatigue, so get assessed for this by a holistic practitioner. Also consider a yeast cleanse.
