Key Word: Life Style. Exercise. Eat 5-9 servings of fruit and vegetables a day. Sleep 8 hours a day. Manage stress. Drink 8 glasses of filtered water a day. Avoid artificial sweeteners, pop, tobacco, chemicals, white sugar/flour/rice/, flouride, mercury fillings. Add omega 3's and vitamin d & a well absorbed multi. Love much and forgive all. Hydrate w at least 64 oz of water / day. Maintain good hygiene. Daily physical.
