Exercise. Eat 5-9 servings of fruit and vegetables a day.
Sleep 8 hours a day. Manage stress. Drink 8 glasses of filtered water a day. Avoid artificial sweeteners, pop, tobacco, chemicals, white sugar/flour/rice/, flouride, mercury fillings. Add omega 3's and vitamin d & a well absorbed multi. Love much and forgive all. You will then be far ahead of the experience here.

activity – preferably in a green space. Do both cardio & weight training. Talk about feelings & address problems. Don't avoid them. Form & nurture quality relationships. Keep your priorities straight. Keep family high on that list. Obtain medical & mental health care when needed. Work toward physical, emotional & spiritual balance.
