In the absence of symptoms (dizziness, faintness, etc.
), naturally occurring low blood pressure is not a clinical problem. Indeed, low pressure is a marker of longevity in my practice. The problem is if there's another not-natural cause for low bp, e.g., illness, medication side effect or drug interaction, occult blood loss. Then looking for root cause and remedying that is the answer!
