By losing weight in general a certain amt will probably be abdominal fat. However, we don't get to chose what area of the body the fat is lost from. Eat healthfully ; be physically active. & “bicycling” exercise on your back. Engage in regular aerobic exercise (i.e., running, swimming, Nordic track, bicycling, kickboxing, walking, cross country skiing, hiking, etc.)
