My baby is 2 weeks old and breast feeding on demand every 2-3 hours. Is it okay to give her water or herbal tea with feeds to help ease tummy cramps?

There is nothing in herbal tea that your baby needs.
Absolutely nothing. Your baby needs nothing but breast milk or formula for the first 6 months. The herbal tea industry is not well regulated and they are often contaminated with heavy metals, bacteria or other pathogens. And there is absolutely no evidence that they help with anything.
