What can cause burning feelings in a woman's vagina when a baby is born?

In brief: The process

The vagina is a sensitive prgan as you know, so the stretching or tearing can cause burning in the vagina both during and after child birth.
In normal instances this should resolve. If it does not then you need to be evaluated by the person who delivered you ( hopefully not a home birth- very risky and unsafe place to deliver), to rule out tears cuts, infection, etc.
