Many people become stressed by thinking that they have to make an all-at-once, drastic change in their diet.
Try changing one meal at a time, i recommend starting with breakfast. There are lots of easy options like fruit, yogurt, whole-grain toast, to start your day. Also, don't try to plan the whole week at once, just start with a few meals and get good habits built.

Cooking and preparing meal should be a stress reliever and not stress builder. It is for nursing the body. Not only of yours and also of your loved ones. And indirectly you are nursing your soul. Have you heard of saying" you are what you eat"? Good and nurturing thought while cooking will have domino effect.
