In brief: Cell phone ???
I may be a bit old fashion, but I do believe restrictions on a kids phone to daytime use ~7am-7pm is not only necessary but helpful in letting them achieve some balance in their life.
Kids need proper rest to grow & the crushing gossip of the day takes second place to getting adequate sleep.Preoccupation with computer networks, games, phones are associated with declining school performance.
