I get tension headaches at the end of everyday. What shall I do?

Look for triggers. Tension headaches are very common. Look at your physical work environment. Are you able to maintain good posture, take short breaks to stretch muscles? Do you have difficult situations/people that cause stress? Are you skipping meals? If you are answering yes to any or all of these questions, you mayhave muscle spasms, low blood sugar, neck pain, jaw clenching that lead to headache.
