Hidden inflammation would not come from arthritis, which would cause pain.
Both increased sed rates and crps can come from metabolic syndrome. High estrogen levels increase firbrinogen, which increases sed rate, but not crp. I wish my medical colleages would stop ordering esrs and focus on crps.
