If romney became pres and pursued what started under his governorship in mass--despite distancing himself from it, to fit the republican agenda--then he could help.
Mass is a first step. The second: developing a primary care team system that functions on its own, that covers all. Pcps there are burned out, retired, died, left state, or closed their panel. Ma model can work--keep going!

This question is not a medical question but a political one, best addressed in some other forum. In politics there are no controlled studies, no double-blind studies.
