Although exercise and getting good sleep are good for your heart and health, making wise choices about what you put in your mouth may have the greatest impact.
I've become more convinced that a whole-foods diet high in fruits and vegetables is best. Animal protein is ok, but not in the american portion sizes. Avoid the things we all know are bad. This will have the greatest preventive impact.
