In brief: Cancer risk

Infertility treatments have been scrutinized for cancer risks (particularly ovarian) since 1990; i'm glad to say no risk has ever been found.
Experts always have opinions, but in 20 years studies has failed to prove risk. If there's a risk that we've missed, it is extremely small. Otoh, some cancers are more common in infertile women whether treated or not, so it can be confusing!
