In brief: Stop and cool
Stop the activity and move the person to a cool environment such as the shade or indoors.
Use cool towels around the head. Rehydrate the person with water and electrolytes. If there is nausea and vomiting then call ems and transport the person to a hospital to get IV fluid rehydration. If the exhaustion progresses to stroke it is life threatening so if the person does not improve, then get help.
