In brief: Sleep restoration

If it restores sleep and allows the individual to awaken refreshed, it would likely help.

In brief: Natural is ideal.

Here is a list of all the therapies, they should be used simultaneously in a “recipe” to get the best healing effect; magnesium glycinate, stretching a foam roller, swimming, yoga, massage, self-trigger point release or acupuncture with your hands or a t-cane.
In the office, I use acupuncture, dry needling and myofascial release techniques.
