Fibromyalgia. Morning stiffness can occur with many conditions, including fibromyalgia. It is certainly not strongly suggestive of just fibromyalgia, though. Other symptoms like pain in various parts of the muscles, poor sleep, brain fog, and G.I. symptoms are all more related to fibromyalgia.
