Usual medicines like nasal sprays with steroids and or antihistamine, oral antihistamines and decongestants, saline nasal irrigations and oral steroids can all help.
If symptoms persist ENT and proper allergy evaluation are important. Allergy injections to build up a tolerance toward the offending allergens are very helpful. It is a slow but very effective treatment in the long run.
