If your child is over a year old and you are considering weaning to whole milk, you might want to try adding an ounce of whole milk to the cup of breast or formula.
Little by little increase the amount of milk and decrease the formula, do it over a couple of weeks. You can also give yogurt or cheese in place of the milk.
