True, egg yolks are high in cholesterol, but, on the other hand, are low in fats, so, if aen in moderation, all in all, i believe the benefits outweigh the risks., you would preferred them boiled or poached, rather than fried. Additionally, would strongly reccommend egg substitutes, which are cholesterol free, and there are no limits on.
