Depends. Of course, it depends on the cause of the chest pain. The treatment of chest pain related to a fractured rib is totally different from that related to a heart attack for instance.
Chest pain. CP may be due to several reasons: you may have to rule out heart attack, angina, pericarditis, aneurysms, pneumonia, pleurisy, acid reflux etc get checked some of them can be cured.

Need more info. Chest pain has a very broad differential, I would need to knwo more details about the features of your chest pain to sort of narrow it down. For your age bracket it is probably something not to worry about, but if this a severe pain that tears to your back, not going away than you probably need a visit to ER.

Many many treatments. Elevated the head of your bed. Don't eat for 4 hours before going to bed. Liquid antacids like mylanta help. Chewable tablets like Tums (calcium carbonate) and rolaids are convenient. Histamine 2 blockers like ranitidine or Famotidine are available over the counter. Proton pump inhibitors like Omeprazole are also available otc. If these don't work, you'll need to see your doctor.
On antibiotic Rx. If pneumonia is cause of chest pain. Proper antibiotic therapy should clear entirely in week or two. Get rest, plenty of fluids, and NSAID medication if fever.
