Not really. A person suffering with a cardiomyopathy may eventually get fibromyalgia due to the depletion of nutrients and hormones caused by the poor pumping function of the heart.
But the reverse is not true....People with fibromyalgia do not go on to have cardiomyopathies as a routine outcome.
