We really now very little about why some people get back pain and some do not.
Despite hundreds of millions of dollars of research, we still are in the dark for many cases. There are litterally hundreds of theories about back pain, none of them proven. I could write a book about it. The public believes that MRI pinpoints the problem but this is really not true.
