In brief: Cysta Q
Product by farr labs based on one study for ic & one on prostate.
Both done by dr. D. A. Shoskes. The ic study had 22 patients. Neither study was good. And from the search i did, i could not find a randomized placebo trail. As with many treatment for ic, some patients may find benifit but this has not been my experience in treating my patients. However, i haven't seen any harm in trying it.

In brief: Maybe
There have been multiple herbal products used in ic.
Most have proven ineffective. Avoiding known bladder irritants such as alcohol, caffeine, and acidic foods may be more helpful than adding herbal products.
