The last week I have pressure on my face, headaches, and jaw and neck pain. I've never had sinus issues. Infection? Or am I developing sinus problems?

Could be many things. If you've never had similar symptoms and they're not going away you should see your md. Yes it could be a sinus infection but it also could be a problem in your jaw (tmj), cervical spine, or even your heart.
