I have two neurostimulators one rechargeable and a newer no rechargeable one. What is the life span on an older neurostimulator  before replacement?

In brief: Depends

I think it depends on how often you use it, but no longer than 5 years.

The current rechargeable units are typically given a 10 year estimate but I have seen "5 year" ones last a lot longer than 5 years. Depends on how much juice you are asking it to put out. If you only have it on for one hour a day and your current demands are low then it might last a lot longer than 5 years.
